The work Siri Wikander and colleagues have done at Scandic, \u201cThe Empowering Journey\u201d, included implementing a new way of leading and learning. IMD business School followed the transformation and is now documented as an IMD Case Study available at Business Schools around Europe. The work has gained international attention because of the measurable employee- and business results.<\/p>\n

Now Siri Wikander is working as a thought leader, consultant and adviser. She is active in the development and debates around HR and a strong advocate for new ways of working in organisations.<\/p>\n
