    British American Racing:<\/strong> Nicole began her F1 career in the late 1990s with British American Racing, working alongside Jacques Villeneuve, Craig Pollock, and Adrian Reynard. She played a crucial role in establishing the team in Northamptonshire.<\/p>\n

    Success with Brawn Grand Prix:<\/strong> Between 2007 and 2013, Nicole worked closely with Team Principal Ross Brawn, contributing to the team’s remarkable 2009 season where Brawn GP won both the Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships.
