    Brad spent five years as the performance coach to Red Bull Racing\u2019s Max Verstappen, overseeing his physical conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition, recovery, and sleep management. His role was instrumental in Verstappen\u2019s rise to the top of Formula 1, supporting him through multiple victories. His partnership with Verstappen played a critical role in one of Formula 1\u2019s most intense championship battles, culminating in the dramatic 2021 title victory, where Verstappen overtook Lewis Hamilton on the final lap of the final race to secure his first championship.<\/p>\n

    Elite Sport & Olympic Success<\/strong><\/p>\n

    With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiotherapy, Brad\u2019s career began in the UK\u2019s National Health Service before moving into professional sport. His experience includes:<\/p>\n

      In 2024, Brad transitioned from Formula 1\u2019s demanding schedule to work across multiple motorsport disciplines. He is now a human performance consultant for Honda Racing Corporation, working with Acura MSR in IMSA and the IndyCar Championship, with a focus on marquee events like the Indy 500 and Daytona 24 Hours. Additionally, he collaborates with Toyota Gazoo Racing and supports junior drivers in the USF2000 series.<\/p>\n
