Sorrel has always been at the forefront of driving forward new developments, spotting early trends and recognising connections and synergies across industries. Now she shares these ideas and insights more broadly to help companies innovate and position themselves to evolve alongside cultural and sociopolitical shifts.<\/p>\n

As a member of Gen Z, Sorrel Salb has a particular focus on representing the views, ideas and innovation happening across the younger generations of Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Her research and insights about these segments are situated within the an understanding of the historical shifts and present day changes happening in other generations.<\/p>\n

Sorrel has contributed to several books and is now working on a new book set to be released in late 2024.<\/p>\n

The next book Sorrel is working on is an interactive book that will support people to get more in touch with themselves, nature and the world around them.<\/p>\n

Sorrel Salb’s background<\/h3>\n

Sorrel grew up in Berlin and Adelaide (Australia) with both English and German as her native languages. Growing up in different cultures and travelling a lot since a young age allowed her to observe a lot of new developments, cultural shifts and innovation during her childhood and adolescence.<\/p>\n

Sorrel also manages a band called BITOI (Bass is the Original Instrument) creating avant garde music using the electric bass and voice. The music leans on ancient tradition while also pushing the limit of these instruments. BITOI’s lyrics are based on bird phonetics, evoking strong links to the natural world and dissolving any sense of time and place.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Sorrel was recognised as one of the leading global innovators in music by Keychange.<\/p>\n

With everything Sorrel does, she likes to innovate and experiment with new models and ways of doing things beyond our existing paradigms. With a world that’s changing so rapidly, Sorrel enjoys staying at the forefront of macro and micro changes and helping others to do the same.<\/p>\n

Sorrel Salb is available for speaking engagements globally which can take the form of keynotes, speaking on panels, moderating or leading workshops.<\/p>\n
