Keynote: LEADING A TEAM TO SUCCESS
Imagine standing at the start of a race, surrounded by challenges and expectations, knowing that your success depends not only on your own strength but on the spirit and passion of your team.
As the head coach of the Swedish national biathlon team, Johannes has the privilege of experiencing firsthand every day how important teamwork, individual goal setting, and a clear strategy are in order to achieve excellence.
Modern leadership plays an essential role in maintaining the balance between all factors through inspiring commitment, innovation, and clear communication.
However, this balance can easily be disrupted by successes and failures – especially in sports. And as a good leader, you need to react quickly.
“When faced with setbacks, the key to long-term success is to learn from these experiences and come back stronger. In these difficult moments, it is important to develop individualized plans for the next goal together with the athletes to build confidence in the process – the process is as important as the outcome”, says Johannes Lukas.
Leading a team involves combining all of these key principles in order to create a foundation for success that can lead to remarkable results that go beyond individual achievements.
Drawing on his experience as a head coach, he is sharing many practical examples of these principles in action, demonstrating how to not only achieve goals but also cultivate a culture of collaboration and success.
