Theo Priestley
Theo Priestley is a former C-suite executive and self-described “recovering futurist” turned transmedia architect, narrative designer, and speculative fiction author. He works with global studios and publishers to build deep lore and adapt IP seamlessly across games, film, and literature.
Theo Priestley is a senior executive turned transmedia architect who collaborates with studios and publishers to construct immersive worlds and adapt IP across screen, page, and digital ecosystems. As a narrative designer, game writer, and lore keeper specializing in live-service titles, he bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and deep, long-form storytelling.
His creative portfolio spans multiple storytelling mediums. Beyond video games, Theo is a commissioned screenwriter, independent film producer, and published author of speculative fiction, sci-fi, horror, and fantasy. He also designs and writes for tabletop RPGs (TTRPGs) and play-by-mail games, building interactive experiences from the ground up.
Off stage, Theo is deeply committed to industry advocacy and community leadership. He serves as a mentor for IGDA and Limit Break, and Chairs a local environmental charity. A retro-tech enthusiast and champion of physical media preservation, he is also the proud owner of a vast personal library, where he actively practices the art of tsundoku.
